Playfool ("we", "us", "our") operates playfool.net. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and your rights. We do not require you to create an account to use our tools.

Information We Collect

• Usage data: Anonymous data about which tools you use and how you interact with the site (via PostHog analytics).
• Input text: Text you enter into tools is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. We do not store your inputs after the response is returned.
• Cookies and local storage: Used to remember your cookie consent preference and ad-free status on your device.

Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies to show you ads based on your interests. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

Analytics — PostHog

AI Processing — Anthropic

Text you enter into tools is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle data submitted to their API.

We use the following cookies and local storage values:

• playfool_cookie_consent: Stores your cookie consent choice (accepted / declined).
• Google AdSense cookies: Set by Google to serve and measure ads. Only active if you have accepted cookies.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies for this site.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect very little personal data, the primary right applicable to most users is the right to withdraw cookie consent (see above). Playfool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
